Yedidia Schwarz

is a young violinist born and raised in Jerusalem, Israel.  He served in the IDF as “Outstanding  Musician” and studied in parallel at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance with Prof. Moti Schmidt earning him Bmus. &  MAmus. degrees. He took part in numerous master classes, concert activities and festivals in Israel, Germany, France, Italy and the US, as soloist, ensemble- player and orchestra member. He was part of the “Young Philharmonic Weimar-Jerusalem” - Project touring Germany in 2011 and 2013 and has played in the US from coast to coast in 52 concerts with the Haifa Symphony Orchestra under Columbia Artists management in 2014. He is frequently involved in educational and community work as a founding member, artistic manager and soloist of the “Garden Proms” concert series in Tzur Hadassah. In August 2015 he took part in summer campus activities at the Royal Music Academy in Kopenhagen. Yedidia has played and recorded all musical styles from classical to tango and jazz as a member of the  Israeli trio “Mediterranean Experiment”, "Castle of Time" and "Jerusalem Street Orchestra" and freelancer at the Beersheva Symphony Orchestra.
